As a teacher at Björkebyskolan, you are expected to participate in the school's development work where we focus on teaching development and communication. You will belong to a work team that works closely with the student health team to enable students to achieve their goals. You will also belong to a subject team together with other Swedish and English teachers at the school.

The position is a full-time position with teaching in grades 7-9. The assignment also involves shared mentorship for a class. As a mentor, you are responsible for following up on your students' goal fulfillment and attendance, as well as creating good relationships and being the first link between home and school.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a special teacher, you will also be part of the school's student health team, where we follow up on student health work every week. The work is continuous both at the individual level and from a promoting and preventive perspective.

Parts of the position will be allocated to the school's two smaller teaching groups.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Teacher education in Swedish and English
• Special teacher education / special education training
• Experience in the profession is an advantage
